Zoho Forms

We use Zoho Forms to process contact form submissions and resource download requests. When you submit a form on our website, your data (name, email address, phone number, company name, and message) is transmitted to and stored by Zoho Corporation. Zoho processes this data on our behalf as a data processor. Zoho is GDPR compliant and provides tools for data export and erasure upon request. All forms on our website include a mandatory consent checkbox that requires your explicit agreement before submission.

Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile as a security measure to protect our forms from automated bots and spam. Turnstile is classified as a strictly necessary service because it is essential for the secure operation of our website. Semrush

We use Semrush for SEO site audit purposes to monitor and improve the technical health and search engine optimization of our website. Semrush Site Audit crawls our website's publicly accessible pages to identify technical SEO issues. This service does not directly collect or process personal data from our website visitors. Semrush does not place cookies or tracking pixels on our website. Sanity CMS

We use Sanity.io as our content management system (CMS) to manage and deliver blog posts and other website content. Sanity serves content and images through their CDN (Content Delivery Network). Amazon Web Services (AWS S3)

We use Amazon S3 for secure file storage when users upload documents (such as resumes for job applications). Files are stored securely in an encrypted S3 bucket. AWS processes data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement, and all uploads are associated only with the information you voluntarily provide (e.g., name and email).

Google Fonts

We use Google Fonts (Inter and Public Sans) for website typography. Our implementation uses Next.js font optimization which self-hosts the font files, meaning no requests are sent to Google's servers when you browse our website. Therefore, no personal data is shared with Google through our font usage.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Specifically:

  • Contact form submissions: Retained for 12 months unless ongoing communication requires longer retention.
  • Google Analytics data: Retained for the minimum period configured in GA4 (2 months for user-level data).
  • Cookie consent preferences: Stored for up to 1 year, after which you will be asked to provide consent again.
  • Job application files (uploaded to AWS S3): Retained for the duration of the recruitment process plus a maximum of 6 months.
  • You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
